This is an excellent marinade for chicken and it really simple as it is just is Zesty Italian Dressing and some spices.
We used this to make Grilled ginger lime chicken. It is a delicious flavor and super simple.

Found this fast 5 minute pizza sauce on the Comfort of cooking blog. I made 3 pizzas with the sauce and they were delicious. You just need a gluten free pread for the crust and leave off the cheese.
I used a recipe I found on-line as a starting point for making a Dorothy Lynch style gluten free dressing. I wish they would just make a gluten free version, but for now this makes an acceptable substitute.
