Angel food cake is a family favorite. A while ago we had my nephew over for Sunday dinner. He thought the gluten fee angel cake was even better than the traditional version and suggested I give his Mom the recipe.
I make it all the time and even keep a can of crushed pineapple in the pantry so I can make it on the spur of the moment. I generally just use Pillsbury cream cheese frosting, not sure I want to think about what they use to make it. Anyway be sure to let the cake cool before you frost or the frosting melts and disappears.
This gluten free dump cake is made by putting ingredients into a 8 X 8 square pan in layers. When it is done cooking it has a pudding like mixture on the bottom. You serve by cutting and placing the piece upside down and top with pudding like mixture and whipped topping.

I played with a zucchini brownie recipe to make it dairy free and to make it more like denver dump cake an old chocolate cake recipe my kids always liked. It is extremely moist and is delicous still a little warm and keeps for several days. It is not a dump cake , but it is a delicious if you have zucchinis.

This is my Sister-In-Laws recipe. I wasn't so sure about using wax in food, but I had been eating them for years and love them. I tried to make a coating that worked for them without wax which is how I created the pretzel recipe, but the peanut butter balls work so much better with the wax I finally gave in and used it.
I found this delicious dairy free fudge on Living Without. I've tweaked it a little. I find that if you use Trader Joes Coconut cream instead of milk the fudge sets up everytime. When I used coconut milk I had something closer to chocolate mousse than fudge about half the time.
This recipe is adapted from sparkly fruit gummies on Craft and Chow blog. We made the original for a baby shower but I decided to try them with flavored gelatin so I didn't have to figure out coloring and flavoring. It worked well. They are pretty and totally GFCF. You do have to plan ahead as they take several days to make.
