This is a traditional chili soup, it is easy to make gluten and dairy free by using tomato paste instead of tomato soup in the recipe. The harder part for our family was coming up with a gluten free cinnamon roll to eat with it.

My son wanted chicken fried steak for his birthday, so I had to come up with a gluten free casein free chicken fried steak for his birthday dinner so his sister could eat it too. I made him a normal country gravy mix and whipped up dairy free gravy for his sister.
