Apple Slices dipped in lemon juice or fruit fresh and peanut butter for dipping (no need for a recipe)
These gluten and diary free breakfast sausage meatballs are made with diaya cheese and served with a Maple Syrup Dijon Mustard dip. I plan on trying them with eggs instead of the diaya cheese soon, it would make them cheaper.
We like to make Bruschetta over Christmas and New Years while we play games as a family. I have made this gluten free bruschetta many times and it quickly disappears.
These are delicious. My daughters saw this on a cooking blog and suggested I try to make a version her sister could eat. This version uses gluten free bread and goats cheese. It just made Thanksgiving weekend more festive.
I created these for a morning bridal shower. They are inspired by Mess Free Banana Split bites on Oh She Glows blog. They make a small bite sized finger food that is pretty and different.
We made these for college bowl game appetizers. They were fairly simple to make and tasted delicious. You can make them ahead and freeze them.
These are a beautiful dairy and gluten free choice for a shower or fancy party. These do take a while to make. Use the rotella gluten free bread as I don't think any other glutn free bread could handle this.
Delicious simple fruit salsa to serve on corn chips. It was a big hit.
This is a nice option to take the place of ice cream shakes. It is heavy on fruit and actually is a very healthy treat
These can be used to make Pavolovas or just as a dish holding fresh fruit. They make a beautiful and elegant gluten and dairy free offering for your party or celebration. They can be made what ever size you need. They could hold dairy free ice cream or fruit ice. I plan on trying them with the lemon ice.
These are delicious. You can make them with soy cream cheese if you can't have goat cheese. They generally disappear faster than you can make them. It is nice that fritos are gluten free. Jalapeno jelly makes a sweeter version and sliced jalapenos make a spicier version. We usually make some of each kind.
This southwestern appetizer is a modified version of one my daughter makes. It makes a nice make ahead appetizer. You can make all three versions of pinwheels (mexican, humus and tomato basil) with one package of wraps for a fun appetizer tray.
I always make this Hot Mulled Apple Cider for Christmas time gatherings. You fill up the crockpot and let it cook for a few hours and you have a wonderful gluten dairy free festive beverage. The last few years I have started creating a small bag from cheese cloth and I sew the spices in so none of the whole spices escape.
Kraft makes several wheat and dairy free dressings. My daughter loves Dorothy Lynch but it is made with wheat. She decided that Catalina is a good replacement.
A fancy gluten and dairy free appetizer with goat cheese, but you can make it with dairy free cream cheese. Make the spread a head of time so if you over heat the goat cheese it can cool and rethicken
We made them for appetizers on New Years Day and debated if you could use them as a main dish. They are pretty and delicious.
You use Teff Wraps and goat cheese to make these delicious appetizers. The teff wraps actually hold up better than flour tortillas. The flavors are delicous. I buy the goat cheese at Trader Joes as it is less expensive.
These are a fast snack to use up extra corn tortillas and can also be used on soups and salads
